Who Am I Really ? Identity, Self Worth and the Age of Comparison

Let’s Introspect and Reflect

Do we feel worthy only when we’re doing well?

Identity is our inner sense of self that includes our values, beliefs, and the story we tell ourselves about who we are becoming and on the other hand self-worth is different. It is the value we have simply because we exist. Ideally, self-worth should feel steady and internal.

But in modern life, it often starts feeling conditional, as if we must constantly prove ourselves. Many of us begin thinking, “I’ll feel good once I succeed,” or “I’ll feel enough once people notice me.”

That’s where the struggle begins.
